Bostock Bakery is an artisan bakery spanning across two locations on the Scottish East Coast. Specialists in sourdough bread and vienoiserie, and headed by an award winning head baker, we have a firm focus on craftsmanship and flavour.

ROSS BAXTER

Awarding winning Pastry Chef and Head Baker, Ross Baxter was trained working for Michelin Star chefs across Scotland. He has upwards of twenty years experience within the industry, and brings his knowledge and versatility to our kitchen to head up the baking team. His passion and precision make him one of the best in his field, and have earned him a solid reputation globally within the food industry.

Together they created Bostock Bakery on the Scottish East Coast in 2014.

Lindsay Lees Baxter

Trained in the field of design at the prestigious Glasgow School of Art, Lindsay has worked across tv, theatre, and film on award winning productions, editorial shoots, and as a creative for large retail brands. Lindsay also founded one of Scotland’s first free culture and style magazines. A combination of food and design that have combined to create and develop the Bostock brand.
