Assistant Baker

We’re seeking a talented bread baker to join our team. If you have experience working with long fermented doughs and viennoiserie in a similar environment, we want to hear from you!
We offer the opportunity to learn for an award winning Head Baker with over twenty years experience in the industry, and the opportunity for long term career development.

An exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our North Berwick team is now available.
Barista skills are a must, as are great communication skills and a love of food. Experience in a fast paced hospitality environment is also crucial.
Set weekly shifts of Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday available.
